SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 14/07/2026

At Forma, we strive to deliver your premium Home Essentials quickly and safely as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING PARTNER

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time is:

7-12 business days

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

These delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

4. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Industrial action or strikes

  • Civil unrest

  • Road closures

  • Courier operational delays

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

  • High shipping volumes

  • Other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control

Forma cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the provided tracking information.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, our support team will gladly assist you in liaising with the courier.

7. INCORRECT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

Forma cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days.

Forma will assist in opening an investigation with Aramex.

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, Forma cannot accept responsibility for parcels confirmed as delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless required by applicable law.

9. DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged product

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
